Diagnostic HYBRIDS is pleased to announce the availability of products and services for in vitro Metabolism and Toxicology applications. Our product range includes primary hepatocytes (human and animal species) provided in multiple formats - FreshCells™ in monolayer plates or flasks, or as fresh suspensions, and FreshFrozenCell® cryopreserved primary hepatocytes and FrozenFractions™ hepatocyte subcellular fractions. We also offer the capability to customize any of our products to meet your unique specifications.
In addition, we offer Hepatocyte Services, providing maximum flexibility and speed in meeting your drug development and pre-clinical application deadlines. We offer a standard set of assays for toxicity, phase I and II metabolism studies, drug clearance assays, induction and inhibition studies, and incubations on monolayer or suspension cultures.
